Since its creation in 2001, Emerging Playgrounds has produced more than 160 games and interactive applications for an ever growing list of clients, including Family Channel, Teletoon, Vrak, Radio-Canada, TVO, Cartoon Network, and Toronto International Film Festival.
Jeremie has a Masters in Communication and New Media from the Stendhal University of Grenoble (France) and pursued a Masters in Communication at the Universite du Quebec à Montreal (UQAM).
Prior to his work with Emerging Playgrounds, Jeremie held various positions in the emerging new media industry, both in France and in Canada, most notably in 1998 as Director of the Web Division for Cinegroupe Interactive.
During his three years at Cinegroupe, Jeremie worked on several interactive adaptations of the company's IPs , including Mega Babies, Kids from Room 402, Princess Sissi and Sagwa, The Siamese Chinese Cat.
In 2001, Jeremie also took a position as a teacher in the multimedia department of the CEGEP de Saint-Jerome and as titular of the new media program of Montreal based Institut National de l'Image et du Son (INIS).
Jeremie's teaching has enabled him to stay current with changing trends all while educating the next generation of games designers and programmers.
